INFANT  DAUGHTER  DIES
----------
          Patsy Sue,  two days old daughter of  Mr. and Mrs. Harry Watts  1129 S. West street, passed away at the Major hospital Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.  The child was born Monday morning.  Besides the parents, one sister,  Claudia  and one brother,  Paul,  survive.
          Funeral services were held at the C. F. Fix and Son funeral chapel at 2:00 p.m. today.  Burial in the family lot in the Center cemetery, west of Shelbyville, C. F. Fix and Son in charge of funeral arrangements.

          Esma Watts,  colored, daughter of  August Watts,  died this morning at 4:30 o'clock at the home of her father, east of Locust street.  Death was caused from a complication of diseases.  She was eight years of age.  Surviving the deceased are the father, her brothers and sisters.,  William,  Robert,  John D.,  Artesia,  Velma  and  Vera.  The funeral and burial arrangements will be announced later by Ralph J. Edwards, undertaker in charge.

          Mr. Morgan Watts, who spent the greater part of his life as a resident of Brandywine township, Shelby county, sold his farm last summer and went west to live.  It will be remembered that he lived at the foot of the hill in Brandywine bottoms, about four miles this side of Boggstown.  News came to this city of his death yesterday, which his many friends will regret to hear.

          Morgan Watts  died at his home in Winfield, Cawley county, Kansas, on the 6th inst. and his remains were brought to Fairland on the 9th, from which place he was taken to the Wray cemetery and interred.  Mr. Watts was over sixty years of age and lived in this county all his life until the early part of the winter, when he moved to Kansas.  He was well known and highly respected by all who knew him.  The sympathy of the entire community is with the bereaved family in their sad loss.
