As information has reached us that you have possession of the last Will of John Calkenbaugh, deceased, you are hereby cited to appear before the Hon Judge of the Shelby Court of Common Pleas now in session at the Court House of Shelby County Indiana, on Monday the 20' day of November 1871 and deliver such Will to said Court for probate.
