FANNIE  RICHARDSON   XX

George  M.  Haehl  being duly sworn upon his oath says, that  Fannie  Richardson  is the mother and has the care, control and custody of the following named children, to-wit:  Helen  Richardson,   Opal  Richardson,  and  Francis  Richardson;  that each of said children are girls under the age of 17 years, that said children have not the proper parental care, that said Fannie Richardson unlawfully and willfully neglect said children and allows and permits men of lewd and immoral character to frequent and visit the home where said children are living; that the mother of said children and lewd and immoral persons committed immoral acts in the presence of said children and drink intoxicating liquors in their presence and that the mother of said children associates at home and on the Streets of th City of Shelbyville with women known and reputed as prostitutes and that said children are compelled to associate with vicious and disreputable persons, all of which is contrary to the form of the Statute in such cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Indiana.
