The estate record is in good shape considering its age. There is a complete inventory (which is great to see "how" the family lived and spent their time). There is a complete sale bill (which shows the names of all his family, friends and neighbors that purchased the estate sale items). The rest of the paperwork is the individual receipts and vouchers for the settlement of the estate. The most precious part is a letter from a loved one that was living in Missouri. The will is not in the estate bundle.
A copy of the will was recorded by the Clerk of the Probate Court and can be found in the Complete Record Probate Book 4 beginning on page 207
