Know all men by these presents that we the undersigned widow and children of heirs of John Jones deceased late of Decatur Co. and of Indiana are hereby held and firmly bound for the sum of ($1000) One thousand Dollars to be paid by the one that is not fully protected in his or her share of said Estate as hereinafter named and set forth in this agreement Towit: Mary Jones the widow shall have the property in which she now lives including all her household furniture of every kind and provisions with her full share is provided for her family and cash

Sarah Driver shall have $3000
Preston Jones shall have 60 acres off of the north end of the west 80 acres off the old homeplace $3000
| Martha J. Jones shall have what is known as the Benson 40 and 20 acres off the south end of the West 80 of the old home farm $ | 2650 |

John W. Jones shall have the 80 acres that he has always claimed as his own 3000
Mag Mitchell shall have the 40 acres on which she now lives and 20 acres off of the south end of the east 80 of the old home place 3000
| Caroline Whitlow shall have immediate possession of the store in Adams at | 2000 |

Susan Mitchell shall have 60 acres off of the north end of the East 80 of the old home place by paying to Martha Jones $150
We further agree that J. W. Jones and Wm. M. Whitlow shall administer in the balance of the estate and after making the widow fully one fifth of the whole estate shall divide the remainder among the several children
