          Notice is hereby given that I will sell at public sale, at the late residence of Amanda Goodwin, dec'd., on the Fairland road 1-1/2 miles north of Centre Church, in Brandywine township, Shelby county, Indiana, on

The following personal property to wit:  Corn in the crib and in the shock, one cow and calf, house- hold and kitchen furniture, and many other articles not enumerated.
          T E R M S. ---- A credit of nine months will be given on all sums of $3 and over, the purchaser giving his note therefor with approved security, waiving benefit of valuation and appraisement laws. All sums under $3, cash. Sale to commence at 10 A.M.
