Before me Jacob Vernon Clerk f the Probate Court of said County personally
came Joseph Lacy as Executor of the last will and testament of Joshua Ensminger
dec’d and being by me duly sworn says the foregoing Inventory is in all
respects first and true and contains a full statement of all the property bonds
mortgages notes and accounts debts and other securities belonging to the Estate
of said Testator which has come to his knowledge, and of all the moneys Bank
Bills and other circulating medium belonging to the Estate of said testator
which has come to his hands.
Sworn to and subscribed before me this 11th day of November 1851

Received of Alexander Miller as Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Shelby County in the State of Indiana the sum of two dollars and sixty seven cents Each being the full amount distribution hairers of the Estate of our grandfather the late Joshua Ensminger deceased we being part of the heirs of Martha Pauley deceased who was the daughter and heir of said Joshua Ensminger deceased.--------------------------------
