Said Administrator would further show that said decedent left him surviving as his heirs at law his widow to wit:  the said  Mary Montgomery  and the following named children and heirs at law to wit:  Robert Montgomery,  Jane Sleeth alias Jane Montgomery,  James Montgomery,  Mary A. Huls alias Mary A. Montgomery,  George H. Montgomery  who are adults and over the age of twenty one years.  Also  William Montgomery,  Matthew R. Montgomery,  Cyrus W. Montgomery,  Amos H. Montgomery,  Joanna Montgomery  and  Martha E. Montgomery  who are minors and within the age of twenty one years and that Said minors are without guardianship.

And he would further show that the said estate has been fully administered and settled and that the above amounts of which he is chargable is all that came into his hands as such Administrator and he has paid all the debts outstanding against said Estate that has come to his knowledge.

That said balance to wit  3769.63 so left for distribution among said heirs should be divided as follows to wit:

No. 26   Mary A. Montgomery (widow) 1/3 of said Amount being $1255.21   And he files her receipt in full for same $1255.21

And he would further show that each of said children are entitled to the one twelfth past of the remaining two third part so left for distribution as follows:

No. 27   Robert Montgomery  1/12  of  2/3   $209.20
              And he files his receipt in full therof   209.20

No. 28   Jane Sleeth  1/12 of  2/3                 $209.20
              And he files his receipt in full therof   209.20

No. 29   James Montgomery  1/12  of  2/3   $209.20
              And he files his receipt in full therof   209.20

No. 30   Mary A. Huls  1/12  of  2/3   $209.20
              And he files his receipt in full therof   209.20

No. 31   George H. Montgomery  1/12  of  2/3   $209.20
              And he files his receipt in full therof   209.20

That the said minors are entitled as follows to wit:

William Montgomery	209.20
Matthew R. Montgomery	209.20
Cyrus W. Montgomery	209.20
Amos H. Montgomery	209.20
Emma A. Montgomery	209.20

Martha E. Montgomery	209.20
Total amt in favor of said minors	$1464.40

Said minors being without Guardianship he now asks an order of Court to pay said amt to wit $1464.40 into Court upon taking receipt of the Clerk of this Court therefor for the use of said minors

And he now asks this Court to confirm this report and that he be discharged from his said Trust
