Estate  of  Nathan  Stanley, dec'd

ADMINISTRATOR’S  BOND  TO  SELL  REAL  ESTATE

     Know all men by these presents, that we,  Esker  Stanley,  as principal and  Frank  Perkins  and  George  H.  Meiks  as sureties, all inhabitants of the State of Indiana, are bound to the State of Indiana, in the penal sum of Fifteen Hundred dollars, to pay which we jointly and severally bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators.

Sealed and dated December 1917.


     The condition of the above obligation is, that whereas the above named and bounded Esker Stanley, as Administrator of the Estate of  Nathan  Stanley,  deceased, has been ordered by the Shelby Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana, to sell certain real estate belonging to the estate of said decedent, described in the petition for such sale filed by him in said court and being cause #_____, upon the probate dockets thereof.

     Now, if the said Esker Stanley shall faithfully account for all money by him received and discharged the duties of his trust, according to law, then the above obligation is to be void; else to remain in full force in law.
