I, Ozrow Kemerly Clerk of the Hancock Circuit Court for the County of Hancock, in the State of Indiana, do hereby certify that  Ralph Logan  of said County, has been appointed Guardian of the person and property of  Charles E. Allen,  minor heir of  William A. Allen  late of said County, deceased, and has qualified as such.

                    Witness my hand and the Seal of said Court, this 17th day of June, 1919.
