        The account of JACOB HOWRY Guardian of the Estate of  WILLIAM HOWRY and  JAMES NORMAN HOWRY.
       
The Said Guardian reports to the Court of Common Pleas of Shelby County that he has never received any moneys or property as such Guardian since his appointment, neither has he expended any moneys in their behalf since that date and asks your honor to discharge him from his further Trust.

      William and James Norman Howery were the sons of  William Isaac Howery and Cordelia Thomas.  William Isaac was the son of  Samuel Howery and Maria Roseboom.  Cordelia was the first of four wives of
William Isaac Howery.
      James Norman Howery was born 8 Nov 1839 in Shelby Co IN and died in 1922 in Shenandoah, Page
Co IA.  James married Margaret A Biggs/Briggs on 3 May 1868 in Warren Co IA.
      William I. Howery was born 17 June 1838 in Shelby Co IN and died 16 June 1905 in Taylor
Co IA.  William married Catharine J. "Kate" Hoover on 9 Oct 1859.  Catharine was the daughter of  Ephraim A. Hoover and Julia Ann Howery.
