STATE  OF  INDIANA, _____________________________ COUNTY, SS:

          The undersigned, Applicant for Letters of Guardianship on the persons and estates of

FRANK  CURSON	aged  16	years, December 29th  1897,
ALBERT  CURSON	aged  14	years, November 29th  1897,
ADA  CURSON	aged  12	years, March 20th  1898,

minor heirs of  ANNA M. KEHRT  &  PHEBE CURSON    late of  Shelby   County, Indiana.  Said minors reside in  Shelby & Rush    County, in the State of Indiana, and are the Joint owners of Real Estate situate in said County, of the probable value of ____________________ Dollars, which will rent annually for about the sum of _____________________________Dollars.
Said wards also own personal property of the probable value of     FOUR  HUNDRED    Dollars.

I,  Leonidas H. Mull, being duly sworn, says that the material fact contained in the above statement and application for Letters of Guardianship on the persons and estates of the persons therein named are correct and true as he verily believes, and further saith not.
