Guardian of Isaac Hildebrand et al                                 Application to sell Real Estate

            Now comes the said Guardian and files her petition herein which reads in the words and figures following towit (here insert) and said Guardian also files an Inventory and Appraisement of Real estate herein which reads in the words and figures following towit (here insert) And also files an additional bond which reads in the words and figures following towit (here insert) And thereupon it is ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that the said  Elizabeth Hildebrand as such Guardian as aforesaid be and she is hereby ordered directed and fully authorized to sell either at public or private sale or she may think most to the interests of said wards, all the right title interest property and claim of  Isaac Hildebrand,  Henry Hildebrand  and  George Hildebrand  and  David Hildebrand, of in and to the following lands and tenements towit.   The West half of the North West quarter of Section twenty one in Township Eleven North of Range Six East  and also  the North East quarter of the North East quarter of Section twenty in Township eleven North of Range Six East, containing in all one hundred and twenty acres, on the following credits to wit: One third of the purchase money to be paid in six months, One third in twelve months and the residue in eighteen months from the date of such sale. And that she take from the purchaser notes with good security collectable without relief from valuation and appraisement laws and that she make such sale in all respects according to law, and of her proceedings herein she is required to make report at the next term of this Court after such sale, and this cause is continued.
