as Guardian of said Minors shows that he was appointed to said trust by this Court on the 8th day of August 1906 and he files the following as an Inventory of said Wards Estate. He shows that said Wards are the owners in Equal proportions of the undivided one fourth part in value of the following real Estate in Shelby County Indiana towit:
145 acres situated in Section 4, Township 14 and Range 6
East, also the North
half of the East half of the North West Quarter of
Section 8, in Township 14
Range 6 containing forty acres more or less.
That said wards in trust in said
real Estate is of the probable value of $3400.00 and of the probable annual
rental value of $180.00. That said Wards have no other Estate to the knowledge
of this Guardian. That said real Estate descended to them from Robert H. Phares
their deceased wards father and that said wards may receive on the final
settlement of the estate of said Robert H. Phares a small amount of money and in
the neighborhood of Twenty Five Dollars.
That no money or personal property belonging to said wards has as yet come into the possession of this Guardian.
