In the name of the Benevolent Father of all I  George Nulliner  of Shelby County in the State of Indiana do make and publish this my last will and testament.

1st I give and devise to  Mary Nulliner  my beloved wife in lieu of her interest in my lands the Farm on which we now reside situated in Shelby County and State of Indiana containing about (120) acres, during her natural life and all the Stock, household Goods, Furniture provisions and other goods and chattels which may be thereon at the time of my decease during her natural life as aforesaid She however selling so much thereof as may be sufficient to pay my first debts at the death of my said wife I devise and bequeath unto my son  Lewis Nulliner  and his heirs five dollars also I devise and bequeath unto my Daughter  Elizabeth Martin  and  Samuel Martin  and their heirs five Dollars  The real Estate above named and personal property I give and devise unto my two sons namely  George and  Fred William  and into my two daughters namely  Maria Hutchison  and  Chastaty Hawk  to be equally divided between the four last named heirs in testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this September the 23d AD 1874 And hereby revoking all former wills by me made
