Will  of
Caroline  Conrey



            I, Caroline Conrey, of the City of Shelbyville, Indiana, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former will by me.

            Item 1.  I direct that my just debts, including expenses of last sickness and funeral, be paid out of my estate.

            Item 2.  I do hereby give, bequeath and devise to my sister, Mary Conrey, all residue of my property, both personal property and Real Estate, to be held and owned absolutely and in fee simple.

            Item 3.  If my said sister, Mary Conrey, be not living at the time of my decease, then I do hereby give, bequeath, and devise all my estate, including personal property and Real Estate remaining after the payment of my must debts, as follows:
                    To my brother,  Jacob Conrey,  the sum of One Hundred Dollars
                    To my brother, Nathaniel P. Conrey, all of the reside thereof.  Provided that my said brother, Nathaniel P. Conrey be not living at the time of my death, the interest in my estate he would have received if living shall go and belong to his children, share and share alike, absolutely and in fee simple.

            Item 4.  I hereby appoint as executrix of this will my sister Mary Conrey, living, and if she be not living, then I appoint as executor of this will my said brother, Nathaniel P. Conrey.

            In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of February, 1927.

            The above and foregoing instrument in writing was signed, sealed and acknowledged by the said Caroline Conrey, as and for her last will and testament, in our presence and at her request, and in her presence, and in the presence of each other, we solemnly subscribe our names hereto as witnesses to the execution of said will.  This 11th day of February, 1927.
