Last Will and Testament
of
Martin Buchert
I Martin Buchert, of Shelby County-State of Indiana, being of sound mind and
Disposing memory do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
Item 1. It is my will that all of my Just debts and legal charges be paid out
of my estate.
Item 2. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Josephine Buchert all
the residue of my estate both real and personal of which, I may die seized to
be her absolute property forever.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 7th day of
March - 1892.
