In the Name of the Benevolent
Father of All

I  Polly Cummins  of the County of Shelby and the State of Indiana   Do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament           I give and bequeath and devise to my beloved Son  Joseph Cummins  and his heirs   All my Right Interest and Claim to a Land Warrant Prossecuted for and in my name as the Widow of  Robert Cummins  Deceased for Servises Rendered the United States of America in the War of 1812
Which Land Warrant has been Applyed for to the Authorities of the United States by Me and has not been Received
I do here by Revoke all former Wills by me made           In Testimony Where of I have here unto Set my hand and Seal this Thirtyeth day of July in the Year A D 1851

                    Before me Jacob Vernon Clerk of the Shelby Probate Court Personally came Edbridge G. Mayhew and William A. Moore and being by me duly sworn, say thay saw and heard Polly Cummins, who is now deceased, Sign, Seal publish and declare the foregoing instrument of writing, to which this is attached, to be her last will and testament, that they verily believe she was of sound Mind and memory at the time of its execution and not under restraint or coercion, that they signed their names thereto at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other

                    I Jacob Vernon Clerk of the Probate Court of Said County do hereby certify that the foregoing will was duly admitted to Probate before me the 29th day of July 1852.  And that they same together with the proof and examination of Elbridge G Mayhew and William A Moore the witnesses by whom the same was proved, has been Recorded in Letters of Administration Book A on page 388 ---
