Last  Will  and  Testament  of

 Thomas  S.  Johnston


I,  Thomas S. Johnson of Shelby County Indiana do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

Item 1 - It is my will an I direct that all my just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness, be paid out of my personal estate by my Executrix hereinafter named.

Item 2 - I will and bequeath to my wife,  Nora Johnson  all of my personnel property, of every kind, to be held by her absolutely, subject only to the provisions of Item 1 of this will.

Item 3 - I will and devise to my said wife  Nora Johnston  all the real estate of which profits of all the real estate of which I may have from the time of my death, until death, until such time as my youngest living child shall have reached the full age of twenty-one (21) years.

Item 4 - When my youngest living Child shall have reached the full age of Twenty - one (21) years thru the said real estate of which I may die seized is hereby devised as follows to wit:  To my said wife, Nora Johnston, the undivided part in value to be held by her in fee simple and the remaining two thirds part thereof in value is hereby devised to my children, Lowell T. Johnston,  Paul P. Johnston, and  Leland O. Johnston, share and share alike in fee simple.

Item 5 - I hereby appoint my said wife Nora Johnston executrix of this will. In witness my hand and seal this 8th day of January 1914.
