Dear Rev. Father,
My engagements have been the principal reason why I have not answered your
letter of the 2nd _____, inquiring with regard to your Patronal Feast.
The Patronal Feast takes force deuce[?] And for this reason it is to be
celebrated on the day, no matter what transfers may be made to other days
for churches not under the Patronage of the Saint. You will therefore
celebrate the feast of your church on the Feast of St. Micah[?], July 19th.
