---------- George W. Hilligoss
Came to this city on the 15th day of December, 1878. He has one of the best
rigs in the way of platform drays that has ever been used in the city of Shelbyville.
He makes a specialty of moving, and handles everything carefully. He will do hauling of any description, to or from any place in
the city, and at the very lowest rates. He has made a contract with the Elevator Company for all cobs turned out from that establishment which he
will deliever to any part of the city at forty cents per load. Leave orders
at S. S. Carson's grocery store, and they will be promptly attended to.
Next biography in the "Smiling
Shelbyville" newspaper article, John A.
Wright.
